Breath Prayers

Can be from any verse that speaks to you. The options are limitless. These are only a few examples. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you one in your reading and plug in it.

Follow it up with the 2 minute Joy/Gratitude practice and you will see your Relational Resilience grow.

  • Choose a moment where you felt joy

    • Can be a big moment or small

  • Soak in it for 2 minutes like you are in a hot tub. Make it visceral.

    • 1st thing in the morning and before bed at night

    • Make a list and choose at least one memory daily
